Return and Refund Policy
General Returns (All Customers)
We want you to love your order. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided items are in their original, unused condition.
To start a return, log in to your account at https://shopify.com/56585289928/account and go to your Orders. If you checked out with a phone number only, use the return link in your SMS order confirmation.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days of receiving the returned item.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
How to start a return or cancellation:

- If you checked out using a phone number only (no email), please use the return link in your SMS order confirmation.
Return window: You must send the item(s) back within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. We will refund the original purchase price plus standard outbound shipping costs. We do not refund premium or express shipping upgrades.
Return shipping: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to [list any exempt product types, e.g. custom or personalized items, sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, etc.].
